Toffee, Pretzels & Chocolate Chips

A few things happened to create this fun recipe.

1.) We had a ton of broken pretzels in a bag and wanted to put them to good use.

2.) I ordered a Heath bar in my H-E-B curbside pick up order because it was our new late night treat, and they were out, so they gave me a bag of heath toffee baking pieces.

3.) I wanted a simple cookie recipe with a familiar flavor but with some fun new additions. After watching the famous “Friends” episode The One with Phoebe’s Cookies, I based this recipe off of the Nestle Tollhouse Cookie recipe. If you know, you know.

1 + 1 + 1 = One Delicious Cookie. Please don’t comment about this math equation.

Heath Toffee Baking Pieces can be found at most grocery stores.

Chocolate Chips Nestle Toll House Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips work great for this recipe. I have also tried their mini chocolate chips and their chocolate chunks for this recipe, and they are great too.
