Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice
Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon, Ginger, Cloves, Allspice, Nutmeg make a perfect blend for all things fall, not just pumpkin. I feel like it should be called “fall spice” instead of pumpkin spice. These spices give the sweet potatoes loads of flavor without any additional sugar. You can find Pumpkin Pie Spice at most grocery stores, especially this time of year.
Salt a good pinch of salt brings out all of the flavors in these sweet potatoes.
Olive Oil The olive oIl in this recipe allows the flavors to bloom the the potatoes to crisp.
